FOOD IN MOSCOW


During the 90s, with the fall of Communism and now the new Russia has transformed Moscow so much and now even Moscow has many top class hotels and is further expanding. Also the transformation with regards to the variety of cuisine available in Moscow would not have been imagined ten years ago. From the Communist bread basket citadel to the new Capitalist Frontierland, Moscow now enjoys a great variety of dishes from around the world.
